I’m a sex and intimacy coach, filmmaker, and sex educator. As a coach, I specialize in guiding individuals and couples unlearn shame-based sexual stigmas.

When you work with me, you’ll experience an eclectic approach with a nurturing and soft presence. I'm here to guide you to slow down and create safety within your own skin.

Coaching

I offer one-on-one and couples sex and intimacy coaching services.
Sex Education

I provide education around sex, intimacy, and healthy relationships for schools, individuals, and organizations.
Yoga & Meditation

I offer one-hour private yoga and/or meditation sessions online. I also offer workshops for schools around mindfulness and yoga.
