Hi! I’m Valentina (she/her)!

I received my masters in social work from USC to better support clients as a sex and intimacy coach and sex educator.

As an Armenian-American, I grew up in a culture rooted in religious shame-based views of sex. Through personal and professional experience, I found the profound mind-body connection and power of somatic practices.

I'm here to provide a supportive space to embrace your unique sexuality, making the taboo topics more approachable!

Through our work together, we will unlearn stigmas around sex, intimacy, and sexual identity. I will guide you to slow down, soothe your nervous system, and create a deep sense of safety and connection within your body.

My style is eclectic, embracing the wisdom of neurobiology, somatic work, and attachment theory while addressing how culture and religious backgrounds influence our understanding of intimacy and sex.

As a certified sexual assault crisis counselor, I have extensive experience providing compassionate therapy for survivors of sexual assault and leading pleasure and consent-based sex education courses for schools and non-profit organizations around Los Angeles.

I am also a filmmaker and yoga/meditation instructor. As a filmmaker, I strive to tell stories that normalize stigmas around mental health, sex, sexual identity, and sexual wellness. I have taught yoga around Los Angeles for the last decade, and specialize in yoga for individuals with pelvic pain.

When I’m not working, I am very likely reading, going for a long walk, taking film photos, skating, or reading while snuggled with my cat, Salsa.
